Where can I see the difference between General Auto, Preferred Auto, ADA Accessible, and Reserved Tailgate parking options?

What forms of payment are accepted?

Pre-paid game passes and onsite game day sales are credit card only. No cash is accepted onsite.
What if I will have a rental car or I do not know the vehicle details of the car I'll be using on event day?

If you will be utilizing a rental car on the day of the event for parking please use the "Other" options in the required dropdown menus and "RENTAL" in the required text fields during check out. If you are unsure of the vehicle details of the car you'll be utilizing on event day, please use the "Other" options in the required dropdown menus and "TBD" in the required text fields during check out. As long as the contact information we ask for during check out (name, phone number & email address) is correct we do not require the specific details of your vehicle if they are not available to you during the time of purchase.
What size vehicle can I bring to the event?

All vehicles must fit within a standard parking space, 9 feet by 18 feet. Box trucks (UHAULS), recreational vehicles (RVs), or oversized vehicles are not permitted for tailgating.
Can I tailgate from my parking space?

Small tailgate areas are permitted in auto parking areas, provided all rules are obeyed and setups do not interfere with emergency, parking and pedestrian aisles. Tents may not exceed 10x10 and may not be permitted in certain areas. For a larger tailgating setup you can purchase a reserved tailgate space which can accommodate up to 40 people depending on your tailgate set up here or arrange for a hospitality area here.
Can I choose what reserved tailgate space I will have for game day?

All reserved tailgate spaces will be assigned to previous season passholders first, then any additional spaces that are available will be open to the public. All space numbers for reserved tailgate outside of season passholders will be assigned by LAZ internally. If you purchase a reserved tailgate space for one game, you will receive the space number along with a map via email within a week of the game day you have selected.
Are propane or charcoal grills allowed?

Open flames of any kind are not permitted inside or within 20 feet of any tents, structures, or vehicles. Please see the Rules & Regulations, for further information on this. Charcoal grills are not permitted.
Are generators allowed?

Combustible fuel powered generators are not permitted under any circumstances.
What time can I arrive on game day?

Gates open for parking as 6:00 a.m. for games beginning between noon and 3:00 p.m. Gates open for parking at noon for evening games.
What happens if the weather is inclement or severe on game day?

We will continue to make all spaces available, however, Ann Arbor Public Schools will make any final call as to the areas of the property that can be used for parking. We will communicate via the website any updates. If we cannot accommodate all pre-paid parkers, we will arrange credits or refunds.
Is it possible to reserve a designated portable toilet for my tailgate or hospitality space?

Yes. Please contact us in advance at LAZParksDetroit@lazparking.com to make this arrangement. This option is only available for reserved tailgate and hospitality parking options. Portable toilets will also be available for public use throughout throughout the parking location.
